Shipping Policy

 

 PICK-UP LOCATIONS

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at one of our pick up locations. While placing your order , select the local pickup and pick up date of your choice at checkout . We will send you an email when your order is ready to be picked up.

SHIPPING 

 1-Shipping costs

Free in Quebec and Ontario for orders between 94$ and 900$ *

These costs are calculated based on the shipping address, the number of items ordered and the total amount of the order, before taxes.

Due to their special handling  large orders are subject to excess delivery charge For every order of more than $900, the shipping will be charged according to volume and weight of the parcel. 

Express delivery is not avalaible for Yukon, Nunavut and Norwest territories.

 

2-  Delays 

Please note that Bayard Royal™ cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, mailing address errors on the part of the customer, redirected packages due to an address error or delays caused by weather conditions.  All orders are delivered with "Accelerated parcels" service. 

 

3 Delivery in Canada

All orders are processed within 2  business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped .You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

It is impossible for us to change an address or to speed up delivery once the package is in the hands of our shipping partners.

 4-Returned packaging

If a package is returned to us because you did not claim it, refused it, or the address is incorrect, Once the package is received in our workshop, we will proceed to refund the order minus the shipping fees. You can re-pay the shipping costs to have your order returned to you.

In the event of an inventory error, if we no longer have the item you ordered, we reserve the right to directly refund the customer or cancel the order in order to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

In the event of a price error displayed on the online store, we also reserve the right to cancel the order, refund the product or not process the order if the price of the product is wrong.

 

5-International orders

For the time being we do not ship outside of Canada. It is possible to order on our online shop even if you are outside of Canada but you will have to put a Canadian shipping  address.
