Fresh flowers

Fresh flowers add an elegant touch to your cake.

To replicate this look

1) Add white chocolate ganache to the edges (or our spiced yogurt recipe)

2) Cut three beautiful flowers of your choice leaving about 3-4 inches of stem (here we used chrysanthemums) Rinse them lightly under water then place them in the center of the cake

3) For a special occasion you can add edible gold leaf.
