It is best to consume Bayard Royal™ rum cakes within 4 months of purchase, if the rum cake has remained in the same condition of purchase (vacuum cellar). Freezing is the best way to extend the shelf life of our cake without changing its quality or taste.
Our workshop is in Laval, Quebec. It's also one of our pick-up points (Le palais de l’épicerie fine).
We deliver to the greater Montreal area (Montreal Island, North Shore and South Shore) and ship our cakes throughout Canada and the United States.
Our products contains wheat (gluten), milk, eggs.They also contains walnuts.

Even though our product contains a very low percentage of alcohol. It is not suitable for young children. The final decision is left to the parents' discretion.
Our 110 g rum cake serves 1 to 2 servings,

Orders are dispatched within a maximum of 2 working days. Please be sure to provide us with all the necessary information: your order number, telephone number and address with correct zip code by writing to us as soon as possible before your order is dispatched.
To cancel your order, you must contact us before your order is shipped. Usually within one working day. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
